The Texas Investment Banking Association (IBA) is a selective, student-run organization focused on mentoring UT Austin students through the competitive recruitment process for investment banking and financial services internships/full-time roles.

This is achieved through a comprehensive training program covering topics in valuation, finance, and accounting, along with best practices for interviewing and networking. Additionally, one of IBA's core components is highly individualized mentorship. All admitted students will work with one of our mentors, who have all successfully gone through the investment banking recruitment process. This year's cohort of mentors includes upperclassmen working across unique bulge bracket and boutique firms in New York, Houston, and the Bay Area.
